1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZisuGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our platform. ZisuGen is a free educational platform and CSR initiative developed by SoftGen.
2.1 Account Security ⚠️
One account may only be used by one person.
🚫 Sharing accounts with friends is strictly prohibited!
(This applies especially to Paid Classes)
If you share your account, it will be banned without prior notice.
- Keep your account password and login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
2.2 Intellectual Property (Video Rights)
All videos, tutorials, and diagrams on the site are the property of ZisuGen and the respective teachers.
⚠️ The following actions are prohibited:
- Downloading videos
- Screen recording
- Sharing on other platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Reselling notes/photos
User-generated content (notes you upload) remains your property, but by uploading you grant ZisuGen a license to display it for educational purposes.
2.3 Payments & Refunds

We do NOT store any of your card details
📌 Refund Policy:
Payments for classes are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in cases where there is a technical error on our side.
- Class access is granted after payment is complete.
- For technical issues, contact support@zisugen.lk.
- To report fraudulent transactions, email info@softgen.lk.
2.4 User Conduct
When using ZisuGen, you must NOT:
- Use obscene language in Chat Room or Community: AI Moderation will auto-block.
- Harass or bully others: Permanent ban.
- Share political propaganda: This is an educational platform.
- Spam or advertise: Commercial advertising without permission is prohibited.
- Upload malware/viruses: Legal action will be taken.
- Create fake accounts: IP ban.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
Important: ZisuGen and SoftGen only provide a platform to connect students and donors. We are NOT liable for:
- Physical safety during off-platform meetups.
- Condition or authenticity of donated materials.
- Disputes between users.
- Loss, injury, or damage resulting from platform-arranged interactions.
⚠️ Users meeting donors or students should meet in public places and exercise caution.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines.
Terminated accounts may appeal by contacting info@softgen.lk.
